Daniel attended the Chorus America Conducting Academy as one of twelve conducting fellows from across the United States and Canada performing Mendelssohn’s Elijah at the University of Michigan’s historic Hill Auditorium. The fellows were coached by renowned faculty including maestros John Alexander (Pacific Chorale), David Hayes (Mannes School of Music), Lucinda Carver (University of Southern California), Duain Wolfe (Chicago Symphony Chorus), and Eugene Rogers (University of Michigan).
